Beta and Early Access Terms

Last Updated: July 4, 2026

These terms apply to any BaaSdrop feature, API, SDK, or service identified as "beta", "preview", "early access", "experimental", or similar ("Beta Services"), and supplement the Customer Terms of Service.

What Beta Means

  • As is. Beta Services are provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and are excluded from the SLA and from support response targets.
  • May change or disappear. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue a Beta Service at any time without notice, and features may change incompatibly before general availability. Do not build production dependencies on Beta Services without accepting this risk.
  • Data. Data stored in Beta Services may not be retained when the beta ends or changes. Export anything you care about. Where a Beta Service processes personal data, the DPA still applies.
  • Limits. We may impose usage limits on Beta Services and may require enrollment or acceptance of feature-specific terms.

Feedback

We may ask for feedback on Beta Services. Feedback is voluntary, and we may use it without restriction or obligation (Customer Terms, Section 4.3).

Confidentiality

If a Beta Service is offered privately (not publicly listed), its existence, features, and performance are our confidential information under Section 5 of the Customer Terms until we make it public.

Liability

Our total aggregate liability arising out of Beta Services is capped at US $100, notwithstanding the general cap in the Customer Terms, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
